We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alburaqhub. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

• Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

• Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/wallet as agreed).

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Delivery Estimates: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days across Pakistan.

• Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

• Damages: Alburaqhub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, though we will assist you in the process.
